Sexy Insurance!

Social Networking for the Insurance Industry

Well, I never thought I'd see the day when even the insurance industry knows we need to fix the system. I think we all agree that if the politicians would stay out of it, we could fix it ourselves. As a broker agency for both health insurance and life insurance and thousands of contracted agents throughout the country, we've even decided to take our business online by creating a self-service website for consumers. With all the possible changes coming, I suggest to all of our agents to do the same. As an example, go to www.healthinsurancemall.net. That's our up-and-coming website. We all know that the biggest problem agents have today is finding people to sell insurance to. With the shrinking economy and businesses being forced to close every day we are finding a smaller marketplace to sell to.
What I'm suggesting is to expand your reach to a bigger market. There are now many companies that will allow you to sell their products totally online. You can use free screen sharing software and step your customers through the buying process. Even better than that, you can spend more time increasing your exposure online and drive potential customers to a self-service website where they can actually compare plans, get quotes and even apply online without ever even speaking to you. Isn't that cool? A 24 hour "health insurance mall". (or life insurance mall) Either way you slice it, more people are shopping online and we may as well embrace that idea. For example...our company is Med South Health and Life. As I have already stated we have agents all over the U.S. I have actually created a system for many of our agents to sell online from home. I have real-time internet leads for $5.00 and we have developed a system that calls the lead immediately so the agent doesn't have to. So, as soon as a consumer clicks submit to get a health quote, our dialer calls them and then gives it to an agent...our software also puts the information into a management system for the agent to follow up. So there are many ways to attack the decrease in our marketplace. If you are a health or life agent and would like to learn more then please give me a call or visit www.medsouthagents.com and click contact us.
